If all packages are not properly labeled, delivery may be refused. Jekyll Island Convention Center is not responsible for arranging outgoing freight. Each package must be labeled accordingly.

Fee Schedule:
Shipping/Return Fee: $10.00 per box / $100.00 per pallet
Moving Fee: $25.00
Daily Storage Fees: $25.00 per box and $75.00 per pallet
Booth Information
Each area is carpeted and will contain a six foot table, two chairs, table coverings, internet, and power upon request, for additional charge, waste basket, and a small tabletop sign with your logo. All booths are 10 X 10 with the exception of the Event Sponsor, which is 10 X 15.
Booth set-up:
Monday April 8, 2019 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Exhibit Hall Open:
Monday April 8, 2019 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Tuesday April 9, 2019 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Wednesday April 10, 2019 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM*
*On Wednesday, April 10th, there will be a couple of breaks during this time from speaker presentations.
