Founded in 1936, Diverse Power Incorporated is a member-owned electric cooperative dedicated to serving reliable energy to 16 counties across a portion of west and southwest Georgia and Chambers County, Alabama. Backed by years of industry expertise, Kudzu Networks played a key role when Diverse Power made history as the first EMC in Georgia to receive PSC approval for a retail broadband affiliate under Senate Bill 2 in April 2020, a milestone that helped pave the way for expanding rural internet access across the state.
